Who's listening

Our leadership commitment

The customer and stakeholder engagement that informs our regulatory proposal is important to Ausgrid's Board, CEO and Executive team. We are interested and listening to your views to make sure our planning reflects your views and priorities. Our Regulatory Reset Executive Committee has members of the Ausgrid Board and Executive and provides end-to-end oversight of the regulatory reset process.

The Regulatory Reset team

Our regulatory team is responsible for delivering the customer and stakeholder engagement that underpins the development of our draft regulatory proposal. They will provide updates for the Ausgrid Board and Executive and involve the wider Ausgrid business in the proposal's development. They will work alongside the Reset Customer Panel to ensure the views of our customers and stakeholders are reflected in the regulatory proposal.

The Reset Customer Panel

The Reset Customer Panel (RCP) is a group of independent customer advocates that will represent the long-term perspectives of customers and challenge Ausgrid on key issues. They will provide ongoing feedback on the engagement process and ensure that each phase of engagement is progressively informed by the customer feedback, values and issues that have been identified during engagement. Ausgrid's Customer Consultative Committee is represented on the RCP and will ensure that the regulatory proposal is well aligned with customer values beyond 2029.
